Wine

Red Hill Estate Merricks Grove Pinot Noir draws from select patches of the winery's Merricks Grove Vineyard on the south-eastern hills of the Mornington Peninsula.

Each vineyard parcel is vinified separately. The fruit is open fermented after a short cold soak. After 1-2 weeks on skins, the wine is pressed and matured in a mix of new and seasoned French oak.

Deep purple, Red Hill Estate Merricks Grove Pinot Noir has spicy red stone fruit flavours, clean acidity and balanced tannins. Cellaring potential is seven years.
